The Shelter Collective are very proud of our new MOBi project (Mobile outreach bus initative) which will provide dedicated homelessness support services in a mobile service directly to people who are sleeping rough. Rockhampton has an increasing problem with housing affordability and under supply of affordable housing which is resulting in many more people experiencing housing distress. Our MOBi service plans to assist people who are sleeping rough directly through a mobile outreach service that will be a front line service taking supports direct to people,
We are grateful for the many people and organisations that have supported this project to date and we are please to be able to share with you the services we will be able to provide to the community under the MOBI project.
