Tackling homelessness though frontline intervention services
This project aims to increase the number of services providing immediate intervention supports to those experiencing homelessness.
The Project
The aim of this project is to increase services and supports that are available for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Projects may include mobile outreach services such as our MOBi (Mobile Outreach Bus initiative in Rockhampton, QLD) or fundraising to increase capacity for existing services to support people in crisis.
Our approach is creating innovative responses to reach out to those in homelessness creating connection, providing food and shelter, referring into housing and supports and providing a space for social interaction and connectivity.
