There is something extremely satisfying when a refurbishment project has received all its approvals and we start the demolishment phase! Our first four units have been stripped of the old walls and flooring, revealing framework and structure in surprisingly good nick. New bathroom and wet areas, extended patios, new flooring and a lovely paint job will make these units look as good as new.
