Last week The Shelter Collective hosted several open house days at our ARC21 project in South Gladstone. It was so amazing to see the genuine interest from people from across Gladstone in this project! We were able to update them with our plans and progress. Having taken over a year to secure the site and achieve development approval, this was a timely celebration to share with the Gladstone community. The excitement shown by so many participants and the interest in getting involved in the project by so many was such a boost to our volunteer team.
We are getting closer to achieving our vision for the site and being able to safely house people experiencing housing insecurity in our community.
